Late last year Caesarstone announced it was introducing seven new designs to its Classico collection of benchtops.
These are; Vanilla Noir, Alpine Mist, Bianco Drift, Calcatta Classic (my favourite), Raw Concrete, Clamshell and Summer Rye.
The new colours are a welcome addition and really keep Caesarstone as one of the leaders in the industry producing original, high quality stone benchtops.
New Colours for Caesarstone
But the hard part about choosing your benchtop colour has always been visualising the benchtops with your chosen kitchen cabinets and even your extended interior design colour scheme.
The good news is, that most of the new products can now be selected and visualised with a range of colours using the Caesarstone Visualiser tool.
The Visualiser lets you choose different colours for the cabinets, benchtops, splashback, floors and the feature wall colour. It makes it very easy to put a combination of different colours onto a real image letting you quickly decide what goes with what.
My latest creation;
As you can see from the image above, you can generate a realistic colourscheme within a few minutes – that will later provide you with lots of (interesting?) discussions with your partner… (for better or worse right?).
Another thing to consider is your edge profile. This can really give your cabinets some additional personality and differentiation. Some will cost a little more due to the extra materials and labour needed, but it’s worth discussing these options with your builder and/or cabinetmaker to make your kitchen truly unique. My favourite is the shadow edge profile, but it’s really only suited for modern style homes.
